welcome to abecedarians music search, celebrating one of our all-time favorite l.a. bands by providing the entire 25 year history of compact disc for the serious collector. we have been collectors of rare and collectable music  since the late 80's/early 90's - and online offering these rarities since 2001. many of the new and used cd's on this site are first pressings, out of print, and/or hard-to-find. all cds on this site are official releases - we do not sell cd-r's.

we offer a large selection of import and domestic releases, including creation/rev-ola, 4ad, and ryko artists, as well as original mobile fidelity sound lab (mfsl) gold cds. we also stock original still sealed cd longboxes, various promo-only releases and special editions, as well as new/still sealed japanese mini lp CDs and box sets.

we have recently added over 60 new collectable cd's to our online inventory. rarities such as original new order cds & their accompanying car carrying cases from factory records; the entire ride catalogue on creation records; the smiths cd's on rough trade; still sealed 4ad rarities, as well as some newly acquired promo cd's from the mission u.k. and the blue nile, and japanese mini-lp cd's (moody blues, badfinger). and remember, we are always seeking out your "holy grail," so thank you for your feedback, and continued support...
